By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you receive the order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, we identify a pricing or description error, we cannot authorise payment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you to cancel or to confirm at the correct price.

Payment is taken at checkout through the providers shown. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Delivery typically takes 10–14 days. We deliver within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

See our Returns and Refunds policy, which sets out your 14-day statutory cancellation right, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and our voluntary 60-day guarantee.

6. Product information and intended use

Keravix products are personal care products intended to support the appearance of nails. They are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. It does not replace advice from your GP, pharmacist or a registered podiatrist. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of something you read here.

You are responsible for reading the safety information and following the instructions supplied with the product.

7. Results

Results vary between individuals and depend on nail growth rate, the extent and cause of the damage, and how consistently the product is used. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss arising from your failure to follow the instructions or safety information provided.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission.

10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being misused.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

12. Complaints

Email support@keravix.co.uk and we'll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
