Quick answers

• Where's my order? Delivery typically takes 10–14 days. You'll have had a tracking link by email when it shipped — check your spam folder first, then email us.
• I want to return it. Email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. You don't need to give a reason.
• Only three lights come on. That's correct. The fourth LED is infrared and invisible.
• It won't charge. Try a different plug and cable first — some low-output plugs don't deliver enough. If it still won't take a charge, email us and we'll replace it.
