Why 60 days and not 30

Because 30 days isn't long enough to tell whether this is working for you. The damaged part of a nail can't change — it has to grow out. The first thing worth looking for is a clear band appearing at the cuticle, and for most people that becomes visible somewhere between weeks three and six.

Thirty days would put the deadline right at the point where you can't yet tell. Sixty gives you an actual look at it.

How to claim

1. Email support@keravix.co.uk with your order number, any time within 60 days of delivery.
2. We'll send you the return address.
3. Post it back — return postage is yours to cover.
4. We refund in full to your original payment method once it arrives, normally within 3 working days.

We won't ask you to justify it, sit through a retention offer, or accept store credit instead of money.

This is in addition to your legal rights
